It would be nice if I could just download all the full size photos at one time(while I sleep). Then come back and vote in a quarter of the time.

If you have Adobe Acrobat (full version, not just the Reader) you can do this, but you''ll still end up having to download each page in order to vote. You might also be able to do so with an HTML editor (e.g. Adobe GoLive, Macromedia Dreamweaver) but I''m not as sure of how to do that.
With Acrobat you first go to the initial Vote Page (with the thumbnails), and copy the URL; then use Acrobat''s "Web Capture" command and enter the URL, setting the "levels" to two. You will end up with an approximately 20mb file. You can then browse the photos quickly (locally), and even add the comments -- then copy and paste them when you''re back online.
