I just was surfing the net and found out there have been 2 firmware up dates since i got my 20D and i wasnt even aware of it, were all of you.

2.0.2 has been around for a while, but 2.0.3 looks brand new! The 430ex support will be useful to some, but the improved CF communications makes 2.0.3 an essential upgrade, IMO.

Anyone apply the 2.03 firmware yet? I want to do it, especially since I've seen the wild scrolling behavior on mine that's supposedly fixed. Just wondering how it went for others.

Just did it. No problems, though no improvements either.
I have a home made remote control (made from a CD player earphones remote) and it woeks the same (a little slow though).
