diffuse glow...legal or not in basic?

Never mind....Not legal. I'll see how a blur might do.

Apply a gaussian blur, then immediately select edit>fade gaussian blur and move the slider over to about 30-40%. Best resutls will be had if the pic is just slightly "over" sharpened and is a little contrasty before applying this technique.
