Is the selective color adjustment layer legal in basic editing... It's just an adjustment layer so I think it is, I just need confirmation.

I'm fairly certain it is.... I just am sitting on a potential ribbon winner and I don't want to do anything to get DQ'ed :-) |

The answer is usually yes, so long as the layer is applied to the entire image.
