Wilma is getting closer. winds are picking up and lights are flicking like crazy. I cant lose the computer, what will I do all day tommorow without power. Whatever, were expecting tornados, so I charged my camera batteries today.
Broward County will likely take the hardest hit from a hurricane than at any time in more than 40 years when Wilma moves through the area over the next 24 hours, emergency management officials warned Sunday evening.
I live there.

Best of luck to you and yours in this difficult time. Don't do anything silly just to get a great shot... but if you do we'd love to see it!

| Hope you see out the hurricane without loss. Keep safe. No use getting photos if you die or are injured. Still, I'm sure there will be lots of photos that come out of this. Hope all is well. |

| I was coming in to check on him too but didn't expect he would have been back online yet. They got hit hard so he may not have electricity for a while. Hope you and all the other DPC members living in Florida are okay. |

Got Electricity at 330 in the morning last night! I was sleeping at my friends house whose power was restored already though. Anyways, we lost power 730 of the morning the storm hit, I think it was monday, and we regained it last night. What a mess, no refridgerators or hot water or ovens or DPchallenge or Anything.

I have this one. It's not terribly impressive, but there wasn't alot of damage right around me, and I don't have enough gas to really go out and take a look.

Check out how the wind not only bended the handicap signs but also twisted them 180 degrees .
