Took this one at a car show this morning. Does it look OK with the sepia? Comments welcome.

How about the color version? That paint job looks like it's pretty cool in color.

The toning you used does carry with it a vintage feel.
My personal preference with chrome shots like this hood
ornament, are a deeper, true black & white:

Open each and switch between them in the taskbar to see changes.
I have a bunch of automotive-type shots, most in the black & white in my prints folder if you want to see a different outlook on these kinda' shots:
