Does anyone have a design, detailed photo or know of a website that I would be able to build a dunking machine from ? It's for our Church fete in 2 1/2 weeks. It's not a big affair and hiring a machine would be too costly. We have access to a welding, metal cutting etc factory. Just need a design.

I volunteer at a 5K for children charieties each year, and we rent ours. You ought to check local sources to see if anyone rents them. Its not someting that you'll use very often.
