Wow, thanks for all the c&c! :-)

When I got home from this photo shoot, I was actually scared to look at the images. I was worried that we had just wasted 45 minutes taking pictures because this little girl was a "mile a minute 2 year old!". She absolutely would not hold still. What's worse, is that the parents tried to help ... but they were in the picture. So I have a whole bunch of pictures where the parents expressions are wrong because they are too busy worrying about their kid (trying to coax her into the desired pose).

I've only worked with kids a couple of times. Usually I've had my wife with me. She is *so* much better at coaxing them into doing what we want!

I had my son with me helping with the lighting on this shoot. He's holding a slaved 550EX shooting thru a white umbrella pointing towards them off to the side (a brand new 580EX is on camera functioning as the master). I usually have one or the other (my wife or my son) help me on a photo shoot. I really wish both of them had been together on this one.
