I couldn't sumbit this one because I like my one for Reflections better.

Well, my opinion doesn't count for much, but I like it. It's odd and happy. I find its unusualness entertaining. I would have given it a 7, even though the focus seems a little funky, but I'm also a high-voter.
A similar idea would be to make a sad face, and have it sitting in a bowl of soup, like it's going to drown soon. Could be a bright-red tomato soup, which would be a good background colour. Maybe with a swirl of green gaucamole in the soup for added composition.
Did you eat it?
