After I finished a photo on photoshop what do I do next to complete the image for printing. Say I want to print an image in 16x20 size?

have you cropped for a 4:5 ratio?

no, what do you mean by that? I am a beginner on Photoshop Elements 3.0 and I am having an artshow, I dont know what to do after I am finish editing my images.
