Not sure what to do with hallway in the back? Make it like the rest of the wall where the picture is? |

I like the background...for what THAT's worth...lol
It shows depth. I would only clone the section on the left hand side and make it all the same floor tile. The tone on the dress is somewhat of an odd tone, but I like it. A unique capture! |

| The painting is fighting for the viewers attention. Doesn't work because of this. |

Maybe blur the entire background just a tad. Something like 6 or 7 points (using zoom blur) would accentuate her walk, minimize the back hallway, but leave enough detail in the painting so that it still adds to the photo. Dunno. Something to try.
(Create a layer, select the bride, feather her 10 points, cut her out, select background layer, add zoom blur, save as jpeg). |

Hmmm, will try what was mentioned.
As a side note she loved this photo. The purple in the painting matched her flowers and of all the people who took photos, when I was not around, only the 20D, with manual white balance, got the dress colour right.
Go figure. |
