I keep a bag as I want the image to stand on its own - and not be influenced by any PM I get during the voting. I frequently go back an change votes to bring the scores up a bit (I tend t think I vote the better images a bit low on the first pass - so I want to review them.) Anyone who thinks my comments significant enough or a problem is free to ask after the challenge is over.

And I will say as I have said in the pass - I will go as far as to give a good image suggestions that IMHO would improve it. And on a recent challenge I gave one of the top 10 finishers such a comment (and a vote of 6) and when I reviewed the entry found someone else who made a similar comment. So if you see a comment from me for something I think would make the image better don't assume it means I gave the image a low score.

Remember too a bag only means you don't know who commented until after the challenge - so it is not something that can be hidden behind when a bad comment is give.

If there are dialogues, through comments, during voting, is it against the rules?

What are artistic guidelines for you? You must have them if you vote.....
