I read the rules but I need to know more...

Can I use shadow/highlight

Saturation???

Please advise...

When you click on the challenge you will see the rules listed. Read them thoroughly and that should answer all of your questions.

Hope that helps you.

Those adjustments are all legal for all challenges as long as you apply the adjustment to the entire image, without using selections/masks. If you use Adjustment Layers, keep them in Normal mode.

...inquiring minds

Can I use shadow/highlight

...I hear it adds a nice sheen to your hair, and the appearance of more volume

Curves....

...well, the ones around here only allow women, but I understand it's a good workout

Saturation???

...sure, the wetter the better!

Please advise...

...the coast is clear
