I think Photojournalism would be a great challenge, because generally these types of photos get voted down by members here.

Photojournalism is strictly showing a story. For those people that think you need to find a news story to submit a photojournalism photo (i saw this concern in another friend) that's not correct.

A photojournalism feature photo can be as simple as a construction worker hammering on a building, a child running in the park. It's anything that's naturally happening, and the challenge should make what you see in your life a compelling, aesthetically pleasing, or interesting photograph.

- I also think professional/college sports shooting should be excluded, because, well sports shots tend to do well, and there have been sports challenges.

That could go as a 'open challenge free study'...

The problem with photojournalism is, it usually comes with articles... stuff to read... at dpc.com... we have a title... which is somewhat not enought.
