Which kind of battery is preffereble, Rechargable AA/NIMH or ´Li-Ion considering :
1.life/
2.price/
3.ease of use ?

I plan to buy a digicam with a Li-Ion battery (specifically the Kodak Li-Ion rechargeble) , but how long will the battery last/how many times can it be recharged ? and when again I'll need to buy another battery?
Anybody with the experience/knowledge please explain...

The higher the maH # so you can get more shots before changing. I use NiMH type batteries for the *ist DS and flash.

I always liked being able to use AA batteries, since you can get 'em anywhere. They cost more over the life of the li-ion, but it's spread out over an extended period of time so it's no big deal. Not an option with the 20D though.

I prefer AA because you can always run to the gas station and get batteries if they die or you forget them.
I use the NIMH rechargables and they are suppose to last longer then standard batteries and they can be re-charged about 1000 times without damage.
