Would anybody else like to see an area in a member's profile/portfolio where other people could leave comments? Kind of like a guestbook. This would be for general comments, not specifically about a particular photo.

Yeah. I think it would be nice to see some kind words about your work without having to look for new comments on individual images.

Bump.
Sounds like a good idea. It can be a place to give a general overview about the photogs strengths and weakness without getting into image details.

would be nice if there was another section that listed the last 5 individual photo comments you received as well.

I'll second this idea, especially since comments are what many of us value most highly (in theory, at least). Have the comments linked to the images they refer to, of course. Sounds obvious, but...

If you go to your profile, on the left under "comments received", if you click on that you will see the comments you have received and the most recent ones show up first.
