took my kids to the Virginia State Fair this evening and did some scouting work in preparation for the upcoming G2G
what a BLAST! here's a couple

You know that number in the viewfinder? You know the one -
1/40 - doesn't mean 1st place out of 40 ya' know...
Nice effects.
Kinda' blurry though.. |

A couple of nice ones in there. I left you a few comments. I could almost smell the cotton candy, and see the carnies.

those are pretty much straight out of camera with only level adjustments and some dust cleanup. as i was a bit hurried/tired, i didn't update all the shooting info, but they were all shot handheld with my 16-35 F/2.8, with the shutter priority anywhere between 1/5 and 1/25.
