Working with some photos I took of Krystal a few weeks ago, I post-processed three today with the grunge method as my inspiration. I am sort of addicted to it. The "grunginess" of the pics vary in degrees. Here they are:

For more pictures of Krystal from that session, here's my pbase gallery of her.

Others: I went with a group of photographers to Kanchanaburi, Thailand two weekends ago. Some of my entries in recent challenges were taken from that trip. Here are some pictures that I like:

I really enjoyed that trip and I would like to share some of the pictures I took there. Here's the gallery in pbase for the rest of the picture.

My next big trip will be this last week of October in Nepal.

I do not work with an "action" for grunge. I just play around with layers and curves and channells til I get the deisred results.

Manny,
I love your work, no matter what processing techniques you use.

Your images are so touching and emotive. I think "National Geographic" every time I get into your portfolio. Because of this, I often long for more details. Certainly, you are very busy just to get all those images posted; but it really makes it for me when you choose to tell us who they are and what's going on. Thanks for sharing.

I love looking at your work! It has an exotic quality that I just don't see in work done here in the states. My husband and I are traveling to Vietnam soon to pick up a new member of our family and I'm so excited to take my camera with us. I can't wait so see if my work grows along with our family. hehe

Sorry but do you care to share how you got that result?

OK I am out of the loop here. Where does one obtain this grunge filter?

Thanks
