Thanks

Angie - Try Kodak Easyshare. You can create your own 12 month calendar there for $19.99.

Costco has them for only about $10. FedEx/Kinkos does them too. Almost all of the online gallery sites (Snapfish, Shutterfly, Kodak, etc.) offer this feature.
Costco's is nice, because you have the option of making it start with any month, not just January. So (for example) you could make a Sept-Aug "academic year" calendar, or make the first month the one with the recipient's birthday. |

If you are a Costco member you can. Go to Costco.com and click through to the Photo Center. Their front-end/ordering system is run by Snapfish, but prints up to 12x18 size are printed at your local store, and are available for pickup in 1-4 hours. Poster-sized prints are done by Snapfish and mailed.
A basic Costco membership is not too expensive. If you have a nearby store and make a lot of prints, the savings may well cover the membership cost:
(current internet prices)
4x6 = $0.17
5x7 = $0.39
8x10 = $1.49
11x14 = $2.99
12x18 = $2.99
If you go into the store to place the order, there are some other sizes available as well, 6x9 and 8x12 which are proportioned for a 35mm aspect ratio.

The 11x14 and 12x18 are the same price? Is this a typo?

I don't think so, they group similarly-sized prints at a common price, so they don't have too many prices. I'll go double-check though. |

I just checked again for calendars. 12 photos, 8-1/5 x 11, start with any month, $9.99 plus tax and shipping. I don't know if they produce these on photo printers, inkjets, or "digital presses" -- I've never actually seen one in person.
Would make a great "baby book" with photos from each month of baby's first year, and important events noted in place. |

I want to make a professional-looking calendar. Do these places make high quality calendars or do they kind of look "home-made." Thanks for any input.
edit: I forgot to mention that I will only be buying maybe 10-12.
