"tog" is ok...better than "phot" at any rate.

Phot: Vietnamese word phor a person with a phantastic eye and phlare phor the visual arts. Example: Pham Fang Phuk was the best phot in the Delta who recently did a one man show in Phnom Pen.

Yeah, I was in the Navy when I first hear FUBAR'ed (1994).....I witness a couple of pilots after a crash landing aboard a carrier. Then having to clean up the mess left behind from one of the pilots bodies and then the term FUBAR was right.

Another military term that has come into common use
is that old favorite:

SNAFU.

As many a young marine used to explain to his mom, oh, that means

Situation Normal, All (Fouled) Up

I was told that they simply forgot Canada when working out airport abbreviations, so most of the sensible names were used elsewhere. This is why Canadian airport abbreviations all start with a Y...
