your pics? I'm not a paying member- can't afford that right now. But I have pics on snapfish now and would love to share some. So how do go about doing that? I know it's more then just copying and pasting the link because I tried that and it didn't work.
Help please! Thanks!

Click "insert hyperlink" on top of your text box and put the link in the dialog box

You'll have to have it posted online to get it to work first, directly from your PC won't work. I tried the snapfish address you were using and it didnt work for me, so snapfish might have something aginst people linking to their pictures from other sites? Anybody know?

Try it with this address:

edit: Took out the pie pic for the dialup folks!

SO how much is a membership here lol? Maybe I can twist hubby's arm.

You need to post a thumbnail not the full size image.....us grumpy dialup folks whinge and moan if you don't LOL.

Open 2 windows/tabs. One with your reply pad, one with your full size image.
1. Copy and paste the url of the image. Replace the { with [

{url=Put your image url here} Step one :)

2 Go to the thumbnail of your pic and right click on it. Click properties and you'll get a little box in the left of your screen. Copy and paste the address in that.

step two... {url=Put your image url here}{img}put the address from the property box here{/img}{/url}

$25 I think is membership here? You could also look into other free hosting sites (that I don't really know much about) but I think yahoo has one among others.

Try a google search for: Image Hosting

I too am with snapfish and if I've figured it out correctly you have to click the share button within snapfish and pick an entire album you want to share, so you may have to create a new one just for images to share and one for the ones you want to keep secret. Then it sends an email to the person with a special link. YOu can probably send this to your self then post that link on here.

Good luck

Thank you all for the help.

It is greatly appreciated!

You can only post thumbnails of pictures on DPC. That means either challenge entries or pictures from your portfolio (for members).

If you want to post clickable thumbnails from another website, let me know, it's a bit more complicated.

Okay thank you gloda. I'll tackle that one later lol.

So does the last link I posted work? It worked for me. Just want to know if it works for everyone else? Not the thumbnail one, but the one before that.
