OK....The photography gods must be messing with us!!! We cannot figure out how to make the 2nd curtain function work with any of our flashes. Here is what we have.
Quantum radio senders and recievers...same channels.
Alienbees flashes..2 1600's....1 800.
20D set function set to 2nd curtain.
We have tried with and without sync cords as well. At no time have we been able to get any flash to fire on second cutain. What the hell is the deal!!
HELP PLEASE!!! |

| AND the only second curtain we have seen fire is on the built in flash on the 20D. |

You might want to check this thread (I should preface this by saying I was just curious, I have no experience in this setup).

The idea of using the built-in flash with maximum negative compensation to trigger the alien bees seemed like a good idea to me. |
