The b&w is superb!
Light - seems a little harsh, try diffusing more, that will definitely
help with the shadows.
composition - this works! nice!
when doing portraits, especially close-up like the first 4, the
eyes must be the focal point, seems like you lost that in the second pic
overall impression - Great job!
just my 2 cents!

Thanks... Yeah... I am having a problem getting the hair light right and that is making the whole set up look a bit harsh.
I had a grid on the hairlight strobe but I am going to have to start using a lightbox I think.

the second shot got the glam blur treatment...
I dont think that I like it... it does make the image seem a bit oof
