In terms of the whole zen engagement thing, i figured if it went wrong, then they have to replace it anyway (statutory rights), so why bother. I haven't had to deal with their aftersales service, so I can't comment - but they do have a shop in london you can take returns/warranty stuff to. Not much use to you, granted - but they might have similar in ireland?
