I don't see those beers as being exotic. I just like beer with flavor.

The first time I drank a Rolling Rock was in NJ. But back then in NJ it was less expensive then Budwieser. Down here all beer is expensive, so it realy doesn't matter.

ditto the flavor part. where i grew up, there wasn't much choice (pbr, bud, miller, schlitz). it wasn't until i met people from nj/philly that i learned about things like genny cream ales, yuengling, rolling rock, and the like. at that time, they all seemed 'exotic'. and, with a bud brewery just around the corner, there wasn't much incentive to branch out.

I wish you the best with this new endeavor! I hope it is a great success. And even if it doesn't meet your expectations, I've always thought that I've regretted more things that I haven't done, than I have the things that I have done. Good for you for going for this dream.

Good luck! Once you get everything rolling I'd love to hear any advice you might have for others looking to do something along the same lines.
