1. Why was my thread removed and who removed it? There was nothing offensive or against the TOS in it. All it did was ask a question and then since no one responded I posted a response.

2. Why is stealing my image 'not a big deal' and I should 'chill' but stealing someone elses image is cause for uproar in the forums?

I would explain the whole story but then this post would probably be removed as well to protect the guilty. The only thing I can think of is my image was stolen by a 'current' user of this site and not a stranger. Why is that any different? The crime is the same...so should I assume the SC protects their own but everyone else is fair game?

And please don't tell me to 'dude, chill' again. That is such a pathetic response.

DPC Fanatics is not affiliated with DP Challenge. If you have a fanatics related issue, you need to bring it up to Manic, who is the admin for DPC Fanatics.

If you have any further questions, please PM Manic, or you may as always PM Site Council. Or you may send your concern to Langdon or Drew. As of now, I don't have any specifics on anything so I can't comment.

Because "they" said so and don't even get me started about who "they" are.

You didn't mention Hitler or the Nazi's, did you? If so, maybe that had something to do with it???

Well, I shall say that if it does have anything to do with DPC Fanatics, I would probably agree that there is something shady going on. I've been banned from DPC Fanatics for the past couple months for swearing amongst other things, while the whole entire room was swearing. Manic just strongly dislikes me, and used his personal feelings in a way that a site council member or another person of 'authority' (if you can call it that) should never do.

But the person who stole the image and used it for their own amusement is from THIS site...NOT DPCFanatics. The thread was fine until this morning when I finally got at least a half assed answer from Manic. Are you the one who removed the thread? Kind of uppity on your part I think. Again, protecting your own? There was nothing about that thread that would be cause for removing it other than I mentioned an SC member who happens to be the admin for DPCFanatics and I mentioned a persons name who I don't know the nick for since the admin didn't tell me. The image was stolen from THIS site by a member of THIS site. Just because it was used for amusement on DPCFanatics should make no difference. And again...the original thread was posted yesterday and it was fine until this morning when I mentioned an SC member.

Probably that said "DPC Site Council Member" who also happens to be the "DPC Fanatics Admin." He probably deleted it to cover his own. Nothing like taking away the freedom of speech and discussion, to cover your own tracks. Talk about abusing your priveleges and power for your own benefits! It's a conspiracy !!! ;)

but alienyst is just one and it did NOT offend/affect the many so "they" are going to let it die out in the forums and probably not answer his questions. Altho blemt did try I think it would be better publicly answered by Manic.

To clear up some of the confusion, the image was not stolen by an SC member. But an SC member did remove the thread once an SC member was mentioned.

Alienyst - i've been waiting i guess a week now for more information (requested) on my my rant thread was shut down. As i was the one being attacked, but i didn't reported it and nothing was ever said to me about it so it definately feels to me that i am being punished for critiquing images i scored below 4. Don't hold your breath on an answer to that "why".
