Have anyone ever tryed this kind of prints, for b&w?
Here in portugal a new lab offers a service where the bw are mad of a special ink, based on carbon pigments. This does not have any color has tradicional inks, and as so doesn't fade or suffer from metamerism. And they claim it to preserve more detail in the high and low lights. I've seen a print from it but I haven't tryed it. It's expensive but it gives almoust a tridimensional look to the print.
does anyone have experience in this kind of prints?
