Has anyone ever heard of //www.EP-O.com (Event Photographer Online) and if you did what did you think?

hmmmm, a fancy search website for photographers is area of which we live. I found just one, and he's a perve. However, I'm sure that this site is very helpful for major cities. Did you find this or designed it?

No I didn't design it and have nothing to do with it as far as if it is for real. I joined a while ago, each person looking for a photographer enters their information and then based on where the event is going to be and how much of a budget they have, they send out leads.
Here is the catch, to read the details of a lead you have to pay for them from $2 to maybe $4 based on the budget of the shoot.
So far I have paid for about 5 leads and not one of the people have contacted me or returned my e-mail or even answered my message I left on their phone. I think it is a scam but before I stated that I figured someone here might have had good luck with them. If not I am going to blow the whistle on them to someone.
