I've uploaded the raw file as proof for the red ribbon image and the acceptance screen has been displayed OK. When I go back into DPC though I'm being asked to send the file for validation.
I've done this twice now and got the same request.
Is there a problem with the file? have you received the file or do I need to resend?

wrong file - similar but not the orig - ooops;-)
correct version now submitted

Falc...it will accept a photo that is not the original, so that is probably not the reason it was not accepted. Your proof has not been sent in as far as I can see. I don't know what's going on, but will try to help as much as I can.
Edit to add...it's showing up now. Just needed a second I guess. SC will review it. Thanks.

| Ok, I see the big picture. You submitted the file, it wasn't the original, a SC member rerequested for an original. That's why it looked like you hadn't submitted. We got the new file, SC will review it and hopefully everything will be ok this time. Thanks. |
