It's all free--including the ability to post photos. See our freeman patterson blogs in my tag line for an example.

still haven't sold me on the idea. So you don't actually get a domain name etc.??? Not bad for free i guess.

| What you get is //yourusername.blogspot.com, or you can set it up to be viewable under a domain that you already have. You can host up to 300mb of photos. You can use one of their templates or create your own. It's about as much as you can expect to get for free these days, I think. |

You can always get a domain name and redirect it to your blog. Godaddy.com has them for between $6 (on sale) and $9 per year.
For example, I have //www.nrshapiro.com redirected to my DPCPrints account.
