How about making it so that when you change your signature in "My Preferences" it updated your signature in previous posts as well. Not sure if this could be done, but it would be useful.

When I built the forums, I had to decide which would make more sense. I decided that a lot of people change their signatures often and that those signatures sometimes reflect the time at which they were used... hence old signatures stay the same. I still think this is the most logical solution, but if I'm overwhelmingly outnumbered, I think I could recode that part.

Having old signatures around shouldn't be a problem, since there isn't a forums search option ... yet ;o) But even so, I wouldn't want my posts changing when I update my sig. My €0.0203 :o)

How about a checkbox then, when you create a new one?

Be gentle gang. I think I am having my first "senior moment".
I am not clear what the `forum signature` thing is...

Its the thing below the horizontal line at the end of some users' posts (inc mine), which can be set in your 'my preferences' page.

Or you could just go through the forums & edit all your old posts :P
(sorry, couldn't resist)

In my humble opinion, I think people are getting overly fussy about tiny details in the site. This site is terrific! Wonderful job at coding. Great user interface. Don't sweat the small stuff.

Konador was one of the people who helped work on the set up and design of the site. It's the little purple who came up with some of these ideas, and with the work that Konador put into this site, he's allowed to be picky. :)
Drew and Langdon appreciate feedback from everyone. Suggestions on how to make it better. Things we can add, things we can delete. It's a community effort. If the member's aren't happy, then someone isn't doing their job.
I do agree that the site is great, but it's the small stuff that makes it better.
