Wait what? Do you think they can ship it to Turkey? Or that coupon will actually work? What's the estimated price of the 20D after the 5D appears? Or at christmas?

Answer me!

I don't see the 5D affecting the 20d cost too much. It will definitely drive down used 1Ds prices.

The 20D and the 5D are in completely different classes. The price of one isn't really going to effect the other as they aren't aimed at the same market.

If anything, as was already pointed out, the 5D may drive down the price of the 1ds.

Nonono, it costs twice as much! Successors typically have a similar price at introduction.

Aren't people constantly learning the hard way when it comes to 'deals' from Dell?

Do they ever actually show up?

I successfully purchased a 800.00 monitor for 460.00 with shipping and it showed up in 4 days ground. My only experience with Dell and the coupons (multiple e-coupons) I was happy. Maybe it was 'cause I was a new customer?

I order from DELL all the time and have never had any problems.

Let's not forget how many orders DELL successfully process on a daily basis. They do a huge amount of business.

You only hear the complainers, not the vast number of DELL customers that are satifised with their buying experience.

I was wondering the same thing there have been many similar threads about less than Shady dealings with deal. My personal experience was when I talked my mom into what seemed to be a sweet deal (coupon codes and rebates).

I will never talk someone into using dell for cameras/accessories again. She got her rebel but not the lens she ordered with it, they back ordered it and the ship date changed every week until (@ a month and a half later) she received an email stating that they could not fulfill the shipment and the order was canceled by them one day before canons rebate purchase deadline.

She missed the rebates, Dell backed out of shipping the lens then rebate center told her the she could not use the rebate on the body as a rebate was claimed against it already (something of that nature). To top it off Dell charged her credit card twice for Kit and the extra Lens.

Never again...
