Can someone please advise me how to add a 'Post Challenge' comment to the about of my image. I realise it is probably something really simple but I cannot locate the place to click.

Rikki, I can see where I can edit in the comments section but not in the 'Photographers Comments' on my image. There is no edit button.

You have to open it from the 'My Portfolio', don't just click on the image from your profile page. Then a window should open up and the 'details' box will be the photographer comments on the image...
...let me know if you still can't find it :)

Judy, if you go to your portfolio (NOT your profile) and click on any image in it you will be taken to a page that shows just the thumbnail of the shot, where you can add comments and edit any of the details such as camera, lens, whatever.
