I left my WB on Tungston for outdoor shots - any idea of how to correct it in PS7? |

Try using "Color Balance." Could you possibly post the photo? Maybe that would help us to see what kind of color cast we're dealing with here.

What is the opposite of blue?
I just played around with the photo posted...a simple levels adjustment gets rid of the blue cast and leaves the rest intact. Must be more effective on the original image.

I had a go in PS7....I adjusted the color balance (added yellow and subtracted blue) and then did some quick levels and USM.
Edit...my exact color balance correction:
Cyan-Red: +22
Magenta-Green: +14
Yellow-Blue: -65

Add a new color balance adjustment layer. drag yellow/blue slider towards the yellow. repeat for highlights and shadows if needed.
Viola, better color. Of course there's other ways to do this (there's more than one way to skin you blue cat), but this is the quickest.
I did one a minute ago but it looks like Justin's so I'll refrain from being redundant. |

in PS. use either level layer or curve layer. in the layer window, click on the eyedrop (middle one) at right bottom corner. Than move your cursor to your photo. search your photo and find a supposed-to-be grey point. click on it. your photo will be corrected instantly. (if fails the first time, keep trying until your WB is correct) |

Also, the removing colour cast tutorial would probably help as well.
edit: Colour balance and curves (using black and white point selection)
