I've got two questions regarding my D70. If anyone coul hep or put some light in to the subjects, please do.
First, is there any way I can automatically put my name in the exif coment in my pictures. This is because when I'm shooting wedding I tranfer my photos and also my collegue ones to my laptop. So sometimes I don't know who take each photo andI wanted to know.
The second question is about laptops. Is there any wireless conector/transmitter (wifi ir wireless lan or something)that transmit the photos directly to the laptop in real time?
Thanks in advance. |

I'm not so sure about the nikon way, but on my canon, via pc-connection, I can add my name to the camera, so every single EXIF file, will show my name and camera body number!
But not, that can't be done straight on the camera, it's via canon software.
I do believe that nikon cameras have this feature as well!
About the wireless transmition thingie, i found this on BH:
//www.bhphotovideo.com/bnh/controller/home?O=productlist&A=details&Q=&sku=370997&is=REG&addedTroughType=search
It for D2X & D2Hs digital cameras only! |

You can input a comment that includes whatever you want (I use "c. Benjamin Snyder 2005"), but it doesn't show up in the standard exif location. It is viewable in Nikon Capture or Picture Project, but to my knowledge, not in Microsoft explorer (ie, right clicking the image and selecting "properties"). The comment input is done on the bottom menu (the one with the wrench).

I don't know if this works with the D70, I haven't been able to find definitive information on it:
Nikon WT-2 Wireless Transmitter
Update - I think it's just for the D2 series.
Which is the same thing as earlier reported - didn't see that. Oh well...
