Okay--
Heres the setup--
First Pc connected to a Linksys WRT54GSv2 wireless router (with latest firmare).
Second PC connected to network via a Linksys WUB54G USB adapter.

What I am tring to do do is to get "Limewire" to wok on both pc's..

Both computers have Norton Firewall installed, and have been configured to allow Limewire to connect.

The problem is in the Hardware Firewall on the router..

The port I need it to allow is 6346.

So the first thing I did was set the host pc to "port forwarding" for 6346. That allowed the host PC to connect to Limewire, but the 2nd pc would not still.

So I deleted that setting and set up "Port Triggering" for the same port, thinking it would allow both pcs to access that port. Neither em them worked..

Do I need a static IP addy or something? I have since downloaded the latest Morpheus and it works on boths pc's, without any forwarding or triggering, but the interface has pop-ups.. I didnt get any spyware (ran a scan), but the pop-ups are annoying as hell.

Any ideas on how to configure limewire to work with this setup?

edit-- with the correct port #.. (typo)

Maybe set the 2nd PC to use a different port and forward accordingly?

Alternatively try Gnucleus which has no popups or spyware etc...
