Anybody else? First time in a long time I don't have an update button to use. :-/

No entry in Nude challenge (wife says NO...and I'm not pretty to look at).
No entry in Live Music challenge (100 degrees outside day of live music event...didn't go).

I NEED my update button. Can I borrow yours? ;^)

You should have a serious sit-down with your wife. :-)
Explain her the potentially irreparable consequences on your emotional stability that a simple NO can bring about.

u can borrow mine in the evening and night time ut i must have it back in the morning...i still need my fix ya know. i just went a few weeks without my update button so i totaly feel ur pain there.when i took the break my scores were hanging around 4.3 and after the break im back up to the 5's. so i guess i needed the break to figure out what i was doing soo wrong.take this time to sit back and reflect on your passion and how to make it better. werked fer me! ;op

I have to say it's been really tough! No Rain. No Music. No Nude.

Well, I feel better now. . .this is like an Update Button Support Group. I've been out of a lot more challenges than I used to be too. Lack of time and a frightening lapse in creativity has prevented me from being in every challenge. I hope I get really inspired soon, because I am having withdrawals. But I'm glad it's not just me :)

I was all set to submit the grigrigirl nude that Joey Lawrence photoshopped my face onto for the Nude III challenge as a joke. I had everything all filled out, but then got to the check boxes about the rules and couldn't bring myself to put checks in them.

Well my ignorance to the site has left me boggled... what is an update button and how can it be shared? Also, I don't have adobe or any other edit programs for my shots. I haven't entered anything yet because I can't resize it... when the time comes, what is the best way to resize? I would love to enter someday.... :)))

The update is for paying members...one of the perks. And they can't share it (well unless they log in as that member I suppose), just having fun.

Your camera didn't come with any software? I thought the camedia software could at least resize. Something to remember when resizing for this sites requirements, is do it at 72dpi if you have the option and make the longest side 640px. Remember you can make it any size you want, even 640x640 if you please but it really should be around that size...smaller loses abiltiy to see detail and gets lower votes usually.

If you are having a problem meeting the 150k size limit do small amounts of compression as you save till you get it. Some programs show the file size as you change the compression level so you get it right the first time. Leave your image open as you check the file size to make it easier on yourself.

There is tutorials somewhere here about it so look around in the Forums history and see the amazing stuff you can learn here.

Good luck

I think I might be getting Adobe for my birthday this weekend, which I am a MASTER at. ;) So I can't wait to get that in my hands and then hopefully I will be known a little better on this site. I hate just watching... especially when you pay the money to enter. Grrrrrr.. Thanks.

Here's an all white one...you'll have to read the photo title, pretty funny. Not mine - I just noticed it in the recently uploaded photos gallery.

See what I get to do when I'm in update button withdrawal? ;^)
