I have some time on my hands for the next two weeks and I'd love to hook up with intelligent, open minded residents or visitors to shoot things, show them my favorite corners of beautiful Zurich, "hike" the city, rent a bike or just plain hang out and discuss.
Discuss equipment, shooting experiences, politics, drugs, love, God, the universe - you name it, I'm open for it :-)
Will check back on this later today, so don't be frustrated if I don't get back to you right away.

you were? cool, good for you!
Check out that dude Fetor's posts over at the rant forum, he's such a lost soul...
I feel sorry for the guy and he can't accept the help I'm offering him - would you try to keep him from going to WAR?
Thanks

cool, I'll buy you a beer (better than Bud and legal despite your young age), take you out on the town and you can even crash at my place if you like.
I'm serious as a heart attack! Not so sure you are...?

Ok, how about ALL of Switzerland? I have a rail pass / GA and tons of time on my hands, recovering from illness and not having to go back to work for another month or so.
ANYONE?

Hi BeeGee,
I still haven't met any other DPCrs personally, and would love too. I'm in Munich, so almost close enough. Unfortunately my Mum is visiting from New Zealand at the moment. I'm sending her to Zurich on Friday, Maybe you could meet her;-) I'm off to Italy for 10 days. I hope it stops raining by then. Maybe some other time.
Have you tried contacting Colda. He is in Basel (I think). |

Do you mean that in a positive or in a negative way?
I take it as a compliment. At least you seem to know that thinking in a humane, neutral, peaceful anti-war way can be associated with being Swiss. I bet Fetor doesn' even know where bloody Switzerland is, nor that there's also a Swaziland and Sweden, both of which are their own countries and in different places.
Just like Michigan isn't Montana isn't Maine isn't Manitoba isn't Mogadishu isn't Mongolia isn't Moscow...
Free your mind and the rest will follow :-)

Take it how you wish. Neutrality has it's own price.
There's no need for insulting Fetor. Lack of knowledge is one thing, cured through learning and maturity. Lording about, spouting your superior knowledge and "enlightenment" is a grotesque display of ignorance and immaturity.

At least someone has looked at a map or two.

Anyone up in Zurich, Switzerland? I'm going on a little field trip starting at Bahnhof Wiedikon in roughly 20 minutes.
Anyone care to join in the action?
