how can I restore 3x3 set of pictures into a more universal 4x6/5x7/8x10 with out losing quality?

I have successfully taken an image down to 100dpi and gotten good 4x6 prints. I have upsampled in PS and gotten very nice 8x10s at 200DPI from a rather severe crop of an orignial shot.

So...are you scanning it? if so, scan at a high DPI.

As for wanting to print a 3x3 at 4x6...all you so is either crop it and cut off the excess or print it on a 4x6 and trim the print. (or upsize it all to 5x7, 11x14, etc and trim the print.)

One last thoght would be to do a montage/collage type of thing.
