If you are choking youself with your tie, you really just need a shirt with a bigger collar size and don't tie your tie too tight either.

Hehehe....my problem here is I have the old 'rugby' neck which means to get a shirt to fit my neck, the sleeves go way past my fingers cause they're too big and the shirt goes down to my knees! :)
