Hey all,
I was bored today and dropped by the Hollywood Entertainment Museum. It was dimly and unevenly lit and I shot mainly at ISO 800-3200 with my Tokina 12-24 and Tamron 17-35, using really slow shutter speeds like 1/20 sec on a routine basis.
They had many actual props from the movies and also had reassembled some of the actual sets from Star Trek the next Gen., X-Files (Moulder's Office), and the actual Cheers Bar set, it was actually really impressive.
I've uploaded some pics and am currently uploading my last batch.
Enjoy.

The guide says that the set came like that from Fox. They are not sure who did it. He also said the "I want to believe" poster was stolen from the set numerously and so they printed hundreds so it can replaced. When it got to the museum, it also got stolen, so they had to buy a stolen one from ebay to replace it. ha ha
The last batch is still loading up, so recheck in about 20 minutes if you can.

the last batch is up now, I've also rearranged them a bit too.
There is also a exif link below the photo to see the settings. It messes up on the focal length crop conversion and sometimes it's errors are comical.
"Focal Length: 17mm (guess: 397mm in 35mm)"
Must be one hell of a cropped sensor. he eh

I never watched X-files, so I have no idea about the sets, especially the tourture device thing. It's not made of metal, just plastic painted to look like metal.
BTW, where's Fritz, he's a trekkie, I thought. I'd bet he would have loved to sit in the Captain's chair and have a picture taken. he he
