Here are a few of my pictures from this past weekend. This is my first "paid" sporting event. Let me know what you think...

I am far from an expert on these type of shots David but they look very good ,perfectly frozen and great colours, I love the expression on the girls face in the tryptic.

It's funny... you can just see the "anticipation" of what's about to come and then the full expression after the ball hits. :-)

Nice shots, that bicycle kick one is such a great capture! Were you using the 70-200IS or the 75-300? I hope I can get some like that. My boy is starting in a couple weeks in the under 5 AYSO, and the field is pretty small, so I think I'll have enough reach with the 70-200IS.

Actually, I was using a borrowed Canon 35-350 L lens. Nice lens... gives a pretty good range, from closeups to telephoto. The only thing weird about it is the zoom is a push-pull type. Took a little getting used to!

I used FotoFusion by LumaPix.com. This kind of collage is not very creative... it took all of about a minute to put together. Very fast, very easy to use. I highly recommend it.
