Nikon AF-S NIKKOR 24-70mm f/2.8G ED

Well I'm going back to school so I decided to see what kind of pics I had saved on my parents computer. I ran upon all of my pictures from my Big Bend National park camping trip a year and half ago. So naturally, I picked out a couple to share with my pals here on dpc. Would love some comments/critique and would be happy to return the favor. Only one was heavily edited(maybe a tad too much) and they were all shot with a 3 meg fuji 3800. And yes, that is a wild bird sitting on top of my head. I have to credit my bro(Army of nOne) for that shot. Hope you like :)

I left you some comments on the shots. Good luck on school. My son drove out the drive-way 1/2 hour ago on the way to college. I'm sure you'll be missed as much as my son will be.

We got them to land on our hands first with some granola we kept feeding them. Then we had the idea of doing it on top of my head. About a half hour and a granola bar later, Voila!

I love Big Bend and hope to get back some time soon.

I really like the winding road heading into the mountains.

Yeah its really awesome. I can't wait to get back there myself. Especially now that I have some serious equipment:)
