I am in agreement with those who previously commented. My inital impression is that the composition is loose and the lose of the boat top in the trees is bothersome. The colors are amazing and definitely create the scene. However, over the right side of the tree top it seems as if there is a bit of oversaturation. I like the capture of the wake and the texture that it adds. If it were a challenge entry, depending of course on the title of the challenge, I would probably score you a 7. Hope this helps.
