I think you are on the right track with these!
The posing and composition is very good, but the lighting is way too
harsh for my taste. It causes the very hard shadows that are more
obvious in the second shot around her nose.
pic 1 just diffuse the light and it would great.
pic 2 diffuse the light and maybe use a reflector on the right to
soften the hard shadows. |

Very nice, Ayme. I agree that the lighting on the closeup is a bit harsh, so I took a whack at softening it. This might be a bit extreme in the softening direction, but I just wanted to offer a compare and contrast photo. :-) Hope this helps.

| I would recommend, even for "play" shoots that a special attention be given to makeup, photography requires a "denser" use of make-up products as the lens reveals so much of the inperfecness of skin. |

thanks everyone for your feedback and suggestions ... we took lotsa photos last night ... i'll play with them this weekend ...
just a friendly bump for the night owls if anyone would leave some input on the photos ... thanks :) - who ever leaves me a comment this weekend i'm going to go through and leave you a comment on a few photos :)
