Can anyone recommend a polarizer for my D70. And/or take a look at this:
Filter Kit
And tell me if you think it is a good deal.

If your looking to use Auto Focus, make sure it is a circular polarizer, because a normal polarizer doesn't work w/ AF

It's a generic filter kit for a 67mm sized lens.
If you are into name brands, then I'd recommend that, but if you want a generic CPL, and don't want the other filters, then you can just get it by itself for less money.
Some state that unless you only buy really expensive filters, that it will degrade your image. I'm not in that camp but this is a really hotly debated issue. So you'll have to decide that issue for yourself.

I recently bought a B+W for my 18-70mm kit lens and I'm not taking great pix with it as of yet. Most people recommend that one as being the top pick all the same.

Ofcourse now I see that you are looking for a polarizer!
doh!
I still recommend the Hoya Super-HMC polarizer, albeit is a bit pricey - $95.00 |
