I don't see why there should be, I mean it is a historical monument. Kind of. But I'm not one to talk.

Beautiful pictures, the first picture of the eifeel tower has a magnificent angle that's just showing the greatness of the tower. I like the colours, interesting, exciting and the sky almost looks radioactif. Though the resolution looks quite low and that creates lots of grains.
The second one is my favorite, not because I love sailing, no no nothing to do with that :-P but because it's a great sunset shot. And it's not the most usual silhouette shots that we're used but a little bit more creative, showing a little bit of detail in the boat. I like the use of rule of thirds as well, you can never go wrong with that. Though I think it's lacking slight contrast, that could just pump up the colours a bit.
Now the third shot's similar to the second one except here a centered composition is put to use and that just creates a completly different image and feel. Here you can concentrate more on the whole of the picture and not just the sunset or the boat. Beautiful image.

nice pics kawahona.
i like the grain on the Eiffel pic. goes well with the lighting.
I'm no expert (far from it! ) but it might pay to correct the vertical on the tower, then crop it so the legs meet the frame equally.could give more impact, maybe?

Aloha ... Uusilehto there are lots of things copyrighted but, I believe you only need permission if your picture is intended to be a commerical exercise. I have shot the Effiel tower many times and I assure you if you go at night you will find many many others doing the same :)
