how'd you get the flash on the right side and off the camera and hit the shutter button at the same time? |

At least I have the guts to admit that I thought the light was coming from a fairy that pitsaman carried with him.
Great picture, I love the sharpness and the clarity, the MAGICAL lighting as well.

Could've been an off-shoe flash?!
No big deal at all to have it from the right side, top or bottom!
With the canon you can use an off-shoe cord, or wireless transmiter.
with a nikon D70, for example, the camera itself, hs a wireless transmitter so u can have the flash firing out of the camera mount!

I have an off camera shoe cord and the wireless transmitter ... what I meant was it looked as though he was holding a flash with his right hand, which would not allow him his right index finger to push the shutter button. I often take macros with the flash in my left hand, and camera in my right - his photo looks reversed of that, that's all.
:)

ROTFL.
You could still stand on the right side of ur camera, and press the shutter with ur left hand!
Or use a remote, LoL!
Or you can flip it horizontally! LoL.... I mean, on PS
I'm having a blast with this hahahah
