Hey guys, I have a quick question about uploading a picture for print. It seems that I cannot get the print aspect ratio just right and was wondering if there was a simple way to do this in PS7... or if there was a tutorial on this someplace. The only way I know how to resize in PS7 is by distorting the image but there must be a better way. Also I know cropping works, but how do you get the pixel size just right?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

got to Image > Image Size. This will allow you to control pixel width and printing with, or to do it by resolution.

I understand this, but say my crop does not meet one of the aspect ratios here on DPC prints. Are my only alternatives to re-crop or to resize only 1 size, thus distorting the image???
OK, so I should crop initially to a correct aspect size to avoid this. Thanks.

When the crop tool is selected look at the top of the photoshop program. Toward the center you can select normal, fixed aspect ratio, and something else. Select fixed aspect ratio and put in 1.5 , 1 or whatever you wish then crop.
