hi,
I currently have a canon a40 and a510 and was wondering what the first thing i should buy? A teleconverter lens? Wide angle lens? or filters?
I usually take outdoor shots like a street scene, and somtimes close ups on random objects.
Thanks for your time |

Without a doubt, a Polarizer.
Perhaps the most band for the buck in photogrpahy. What it will do for skies and reducing/eliminating reflections is amazing.

I still own my a40 en in most instances it realy works well for me.
For street scene's I don't think you need converters, closeups is not something I do with this camera.
Almost no info, but I hope it helps a bit |

This might seem quite strange coming from a non-member, but the best thing you could buy to improve your photography is a membership to DPC. Entering challenges will almost certainly improve your photography.
Also: Welcome to DPC!
